Question
The way of the hunter.
A question? Actually, I need some advice. Every time I concern myself with the people around me, I tie myself in knots and get rejected.
On the other hand, when I ignore them… I no longer feel sorry for them or the need to help them.
My life is too short to take care of you. It seems to me that all that remains is my own way. Let us call it the way of the warrior or hunter, who moves through this world knowing his life could end at any moment and that he is responsible only for himself. There is no more time to worry, only time for action without morality or ethics.
In this state, I feel the world is in harmony, and my actions are free of fears and limits. With such a paranoid or cruel state of mind, will I turn into an antisocial person? Is this the result of Zen behavior?
Am I missing the Way?

You talk about no longer taking care of others, and yet you seem very concerned about yourself: “Am I this? Am I that? Am I missing the Way?”… Remember that you too are someone else.
We are all others. So choose: take care of all others, including yourself, or take care of no one, not even yourself.
