What is the differens between mushin and hishiryo?

Mushin means unconsciously, hishiryo is the absolute consciousness. During zazen, sometimes we think, sometimes we do not think, but the way of thinking and not thinking is different from ordinary thinking and not thinking. They are called Mushin or Hishiryo in Japanese, so that it is easier not to understand.
