Carolina Valdel, a Zen nun since 2002, has been practicing Zen around the world for more than 20 years. She has followed the Kosen Sangha since meeting Master Kosen at a sesshin in Morocco in 1995.
Carolina has been practicing Zen sewing all these years and makes all kinds of items for Zen practice to order: kimonos (black and white), kolomos (long-sleeved kimonos worn by Zen monks and nuns), zafu, zafuton, kesa, and rakusu. Carolina also makes rakusus for children and babies.
