Question

I am recently practicing meditation and when I have seen your site, I find it really super but the answers that you give to the questions leave me puzzled ??? I would very much like to know how to control my emotions. I have a job which asks for a lot of patience and self-control and lately I worked while being sick. That is not easy but I know that I have enough love for people with whom I work so I do not let my frustrations get over things. On the other hand few tricks will be well appreciated.?
Have a sunny day in your heart and in your mind

Answer from Master Kosen

It is a subject of preoccupation for mankind from a long time.
Each of us notices that the human mind is fathomless and we do not know so easily where our emotions are coming from.
What we perceive consciously is only a very small part of our emotional universe.
It is like if you would pretend to be able to control the ocean.
You can at most learn how to swim or sail on it with respect and humility.

Death

I lost my father when I was two years old and a few years ago, I've been close to death and lost my elder brother in the event. This awakened in me a rampant fear, fear of being ill, of dying, of loneliness and of ceasing to exist. Since that day, all these fears disturb me and impact my life. The fact of losing brings me a great suffering and ...
