Sunday October 29, 2006, with a limited knowledge on Zen and a poor practice of the meditation; I have always admired the mysterious simplicity of this seated meditation which one names zazen, the most beautiful of the churches. I wished to practise in group, but being a French resident in Taiwan, the moralizer lessons of this country does not attract me. I then prefer to meditate at home. I find your site a fresh puff of air; the information given is in my opinion an antidote against the Zen dogma and invites us to quite simply practise it. Having said this I believe in any case that simply to practise it without clinging on to any teaching in particular is enough to preserve its freedom, it is the only means which I found to be more or less sympathizing with myself and others. What do you think about it?
