Having demonstrated great moral courage and strength for all my life, I find myself hit again and again with harsh blows that not only send me reeling but also limit my ability to deal with my responsibilities toward others, by, among other things, taking timeavailable to deal with multiple responsibilities. The sense of defeat is overwhelming. How can I deal with this more effectively, and where do I find the strength to stand up to these blows?
Every morning before brushing your teeth, create your day by visualizing it or by saying sentences expressing what you wish to live today and then when this is done: let be it! And go brush your teeth and live the day that you have created instead of the day that you suffer.
