3 – The practice of Zen transmitted by Master Deshimaru, as we follow it, involves a certain traditional ceremonial that we have chosen to keep.
It includes prostrations, chanting of sutras, and the use of the traditional kyosaku, a stick administered on the trapezius muscles, upon request, to help with the practice of Zen.
These ceremonies have a profound meaning but remain optional, provided they do not disturb their smooth running.

However, if you are required to use dangerous tools, you must attest that you have the competence, respect the safety instructions in use, and you must imperatively sign a liability waiver to use this dangerous equipment.
