Carolina Valdel, a zen nun since 2002, practices zen meditation in different parts of the world since more than 20 years. She has been following the Kosen Sangha since her meeting with Master Kosen in 1995 during a sesshin in Morocco.

Carolina has been practicing zen sewing for all these years, and she hand-makes all kind of articles useful for the practice of zen meditation: kimonos (black and white), kolomos (long-sleeved kimono worn by monks and zen nuns), zafus, zafutons, kesas and rakusus. Caroline also hand-makes rakusus for children or babies.

All these items are tailor-made upon request, do not hesitate to contact Caroline for more information via facebook or by email.
