However, Buddhism, and more particularly Tibetan Buddhism, says that being afraid of transmigration and of being reborn in the Samsara is the main motivation for practicing the Dharma: the practitioner, knowing that it is very difficult to be reborn as a human being, realizes that his present condition is highly valuable and craves only one thing: not to waste his time and practice the Dharma to awaken for the benefit of all beings.
