It seems that you misunderstand the true signification of
heaven and hell. Naturally, if you think that hell means for you
screwing girls and drinking whisky, it is certainly more interesting
than heaven. But hell means being confronted with the eternal world not
being prepared for it ; we are then seized with doubt, with regrets,
with fear and with the most horrible worries, and this for eternity.
Heaven is to be freed from one's own ego, be able to abandon everything and
to know at least one's true Buddha nature.
Then you understand that there is not a special place for heaven and that
heaven also includes the dark worlds ,but with a special invitation and
membership card for the liberated people's club.
