There is certainly a danger and a trap there in which most humans would only be happy to fall.
And even, having received during numerous years the teaching of a true Master who is supposed to heal you from such sort of illnesses, rare are the ones who escape this trap of the ego. That calls for a great maturity and a lot of experience of the vanity of life and of the human relationship to avoid this trap.
